Cape Fear Community College recently named Frank Sells as its new interim president.
As the interim president, Sells will serve as CFCC’s lead administrator while college trustees search for a permanent replacement for outgoing president Eric McKeithan, who retired at the end of June.
Sells was previously the president of Surry Community College in Dobson from 1999 to 2008. He also served as an associate superintendent and superintendent for Stokes County schools. Sells holds an Ed.D in school administration from Virginia Tech, an Ed.S. from Appalachain State University, a master’s degree from East Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College in Tennessee.
