The Wilmington planning commission will meet at 6 p.m. in the city council chambers, City Hall, 102 N. 3rd St.
On the board’s agenda is to consider rezoning requests for two projects.
One is for a proposed 18-unit apartment building – The Lofts at Randall Parkway – at 4810 Randall Parkway and 4619 Patrick Ave.
The other will deal with about 8 acres located at 70 Cavalier Drive. The proposed project is 92 new luxury units for phase two of The Reserve at Mayfaire. Plans call for four apartment buildings including 48 one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse.
