Retailer open for business in The Forum
October 1, 2012By J. Elias O'Neal
Home Again celebrated its grand opening Monday morning.
The retailer, a fine consignments store of upscale new and gently used furnishings and home décor, inked a long-term lease agreement with The Forum to occupy 7,500 square feet in the upscale shopping center this summer after vacating the Galleria shopping center.
All retailers were forced to vacate the Galleria shopping center at the request of its owner – Atlanta-based Equity One – by mid-August.
Lumina Gems, a jewelry consignment, repair and design shop also opened up shop in the new space with Home Again.
Alex Thorpe, a broker with Wilmington-based Swain & Associates that owns The Forum shopping complex on Military Cutoff Road, brokered the lease agreement on behalf of the firm.
