Certain to become a favorite event for those who appreciate the value of networking, our Second Annual Shrimparoo benefiting the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce will feature all-you-can-eat shrimp, libations and a chance to view our brand-new facility, Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall. A number of representatives from the companies that helped us create the beautiful architecture here will be on site during the event, which will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 30 at 5553 Old Garden Road in Wilmington.
Proceeds from the $25 admission price will go toward funding the continued operations of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, which is committed to strengthen the regional economy and enhance the quality of life in our community.
As the president of Liberty Senior Living Management Services, I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to provide the chamber with a means of support for its ongoing operations. All of us have a strong belief in the effort that the chamber applies to harness the collective vision and power of our local businesses.
Of course there will also be a number of Liberty Senior Living staff members on hand during the event to answer questions and provide their insights about the community, the newest one of its kind in Wilmington. The way that it has turned out is particularly exciting for us, especially the vaulted hardwood ceilings in the indoor pool area.
It has been fun to watch how the LS3P architecture firm and Thomas Construction Group have translated our vision into a reality. Representatives from both companies will be here on the day of the event to share their thoughts regarding the construction of the Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall community, which also offers an onsite spa, including a salon and barber services; a library; a fitness center; a fine dining facility; and a casual bar and grille.
Watching the community take shape has been very exciting for each of the staff members and we are enthusiastic about the chance to share it with the residents of Wilmington. For information about the Shrimparoo or to register for the event, please contact Megan Canny at 910-762-2611 ex 202, or by email at [email protected].
