Emily Hall
Digital marketing agency Proclaim Interactive recently hired Emily Hall as an account manager and Dan Walsh as a search engine marketing specialist.

Hall serves as the main point of contact for clients and helps them develop marketing plans.

Originally from Peachtree City, Georgia, she has lived in Wilmington for 16 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from University of North Carolina Wilmington. She also has extensive experience in real estate development marketing, according to a news release.

Walsh (left) joined the firm to help clients with their messages through search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising. He is Google AdWords certified, the release stated.

Walsh, who is from the Washington, D.C., area, moved to North Carolina five years ago to attend UNCW, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. He did marketing internships with Blue Corona and with The Ad Agency, focusing on digital marketing and graphic design.

The agency also recently announced that it had received two gold Davey Awards from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts for excellence in website design.

“The Davey Awards honors the finest creative work from the best small agencies, firms, and companies worldwide. Proclaim’s work was selected from more than 4,000 entries,” a news release stated.

The awards were for the firm’s work on the websites for Smiles by Design and Triangle Pediatrics.
