Suzanne Neblett has joined Guaranteed Rate as Branch Manager/VP of Mortgage Lending, according to a news release.
Neblett has lived in Wilmington for nearly 30 years and is a two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, her intimate understanding of the local market combined with her extensive mortgage product knowledge allows Neblett to uniquely serve her clients, officials said in the release.
Neblett is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Wrightsville Beach Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Council with the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association.
Neblett is also an active member of Cape Fear Realtors and the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Lower Cape Fear.
