Several members of Cronick & Associates team at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently completed training for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist designation, according to a news release.

The group included Christine Cronick, Cindy Young, Neva Cardwell, Shelly Morrow and Cheryl Lowery, who earned the designation, which recognizes their ability to market and sell high-end residential properties, stated the release.

Officials said that only 10% of more than 92,000 Coldwell Banker affiliates have been awarded the Global Luxury Property Specialist designation.

Those who received the designation completed a course taught by Coldwell Banker and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

“The training provided us with insight about the unique needs of high net worth individuals, introduced us to new marketing techniques, and provided valuable networking contacts with other agents,” said Christine Cronick, team leader, in the release.

In addition, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines in order to receive the certification, officials said.

“We are extremely proud of Cronick & Associates and all of our Global Luxury agents,” Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage,  said in the release. “The Global Luxury Specialist training is a great learning opportunity for those agents who have the proven performance and will provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers in the luxury market.”
