Wilmington-based Red Earth Marketing, a homebuilder and developer sales and marketing support company, has hired Bryan Sartin as its business development manager.

Sartin is based out of the company’s Wrightsville Beach office, according to a news release. In his role, he is responsible for business-to-business outreach, corporate relationship-management and builder services, officials said.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Sartin began his career locally as marketing director for the Homes & Land magazine. He then spent five years with the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association as director of programs and special events and adviser of the sales and marketing committee.

He also holds a real estate license.
