Cape Fear Realtors has named Tom Gale as the 2021 president of the association, according to a news release.

Gale is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and a member of the Team Gale real estate team.

During his term as 2021 CFR president, Gale has announced the association will be sponsoring and building a home with community partner Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, stated the release.

“Realtors work hard to help make homeownership a reality for their clients every day,” Gale said in the release. “We are excited to roll up our sleeves and work together to build our first Association sponsored home with Habitat for Humanity.”

"Gale is a strong advocate for Affordable Housing and has been certified as a Workforce Housing Specialist," officials said in the release.

He has previously been involved with Cape Fear Relators, including serving on its government affairs committee, community affairs committee and recruiting and certifying committee.

He has also served on committees for NC Realtors, including the strategic planning, legislative affairs and forms committees.
