Cape Fear Community College has welcomed Michael Cobb as vice president of institutional effectiveness, planning and compliance, according to a news release.
In this role at CFCC, Cobb will "implement the College’s strategic plan to achieve the College’s goals and objectives," stated the release.
"He will direct the College’s planning and research activities; direct annual program reviews to comply with local, state, and federal requirements; oversee instructional operations, institutional effectiveness, and institutional compliance; and serve as the institutional liaison to Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSOC) for the College," officials said.
