Pittman Tapped To Lead Recruiting, Digital Media At HCS

Human Capital Solutions Inc., a business and managing consulting firm, added Lexington Pittman to the company’s leadership team as director of recruiting and digital media.

"With both a traditional human resources education as well as cross-disciplinary experience in total rewards, talent acquisition, development and performance management, Pittman brings the proper tools to identify qualified and motivated candidates," according to a news release. 

Pittman is responsible for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that HCS optimizes its brand through various platforms, the release stated. 

Pittman also serves as the operations lead for HCS, where she is continuously refining the processes to increase the value proposition for the client and candidate.

She began her career working in the financial industry at PNC Bank, completing a 12-month Human Resources Rotational Program, where she did everything from assisting with talent/ performance conversations to walking managers through the corrective action process.

Upon completion of the program, she began working in their compensation department, where she dove deep into the compensation philosophy/guidelines for all roles at the bank to provide hiring and merit increase recommendations from a compensative perspective.

Pittman graduated from the The Ohio State University in May 2019 with a degree in human resources.
