Sweyer Property Management recently announced the addition of Catherine Hartofelis to its team as a property manager and licensed North Carolina real estate broker.
Originally from Raleigh, Hartofelis began her career in the real estate industry before transitioning to facilities management, an industry in which she worked for 18 years, according to a news release. In facilities management, she was responsible for managing property operations, maintenance and vendor relationships.
"This well-rounded skill set translates well to residential property management and gives Hartofelis a unique industry perspective," the release stated.
As a property manager with Sweyer, Hartofelis will manage a portfolio of properties and handle advertising, leasing, maintenance, and turnover work for those homes. In addition, she will be the main point of contact for owners within her portfolio and communicate with them regularly regarding their investment properties.
