Commercial Real Estate Firm, Agents And Staff Recognized By Parent Company

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, a commercial real estate and property management firm headquartered in Wilmington, recently received numerous honors from its global parent company, Coldwell Banker Commercial, according to a news release.

CBC Sun Coast Partners was awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite status.

"One of only 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial firms in the nation to receive this award, CBC Sun Coast Partners is privileged to accept this highest honor that a Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate company can achieve," the release stated.

CBC Sun Coast Partners was also named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in North Carolina for 2022, according to the release. The award and ranking are based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income during the calendar year.

CBC Sun Coast's Cody Cress, Patti Jones and Tyler Pegg were credited for their work, which landed them in the Gold Circle of Distinction, with Don Harley in the Silver Circle of Distinction and Allan Fox and Glenn Imboden in the Bronze Circle of Distinction.

Additionally, Patti Jones was recognized as the No. 1 commercial professional for North Carolina.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was founded in 2004 and is comprised of 24 licensed brokers and 13 staff members who specialize in real estate sales, leasing, investment and property management for retail and commercial property owners throughout the Southeast.
