Two Hired To Focus On Master Planned Community In New Hanover County

By Staff Reports, posted Aug 29, 2023

Claire Reddick and Aaron Favolise, sales associates with Fonville Morisey Barefoot (FMB), have been hired and assigned to begin selling newly constructed homes and homesites for custom building at master planned community East & Mason, according to a news release.

The community is located between Masonboro Loop and Masonboro Sound. FMB is the on-site sales and marketing firm that has partnered with East & Mason developers.

Reddick (pictured at right), a seasoned FMB agent, has extensive experience working with custom builders in many coastal neighborhoods, according to the release.

"She is a natural fit for connecting homeowners and builders in East & Mason’s Sound Side Residences collection," the release stated.

Favolise (pictured at left) has been selling homes in Wilmington for more than 10 years and has served as a liaison between homebuyers and builders at several companies, according to the release.

Together, Reddick and Favolise "have sold more than $100 million in residential real estate in the last two years and are top-producing real estate agents," the release stated.

The East & Mason community will contain 170 new homes across four collections:

  • Villas on the Loop – Townhomes with primary suites downstairs built by Robuck Homes;
  • Mason Walk – Alley-fed single family homes built by Robuck Homes;
  • Westport – Single-family homes built by Robuck Homes; and
  • Sound Side Residences – Luxury custom homes.
