A sales associate with Fonville Morisey Barefoot (FMB) has been assigned to sell the newest phase of homes being built in the Wyndwater coastal community in Hampstead.
According to a news release, Elise Coburn is responsible for selling newly constructed homes in the Summerwyck Collection, which features a variety of modern farmhouse plans and sizes, some with Craftsman detailing.
The homes are priced in the $400,000s to $600,000s.
Coburn has worked in a sales capacity with FMB since 2021, the release stated. Before attaining her real estate license, she worked in marketing promotions.
