Wilmington-based real estate agent Jeff Lesley earned the prestigious Double Centurion award for the ninth consecutive time, according to a news release.
Century 21 bestows the 2023 Double Centurion Producer award "to exceptional agents who consistently demonstrate outstanding sales performance, client satisfaction and unwavering commitment to excellence based on gross sales volume."
Lesley is a broker and Realtor with Century 21 Vanguard.
"Jeff Lesley is a consummate professional who time and time again exceeds the expectations of his clients to provide an unmatched level of service and peace of mind during the real estate transaction," said Wendy Knott, broker in charge of Century 21 Vanguard, in the release. Lesley is a leader and innovator within the real estate community, and CENTURY 21 Vanguard is extremely proud to have him on its team."
The release stated that over the past 12 years in real estate, Lesley has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions and has over $250 million in sales volume. He has been the No. 1 individual sales agent in the Cape Fear region by units from 2015 to 2020. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Grand Centurion Producer Award based on sales volume.
According to the release, only an elite group of producers in the Century 21 company ever achieves the Grand Centurion Producer award as the top 1% of producers in the Century 21 system. In addition to his Double Centurion awards for nine years, Lesley is a Century 21 President's Producer and Quality Service Producer, multiple Centurion Award winner (12 years) and a second-time Grand Centurion Award Winner.
