Commercial Real Estate Firm Promotes Adams, Mitchell To Vice President Roles

Sun Coast Partners Commercial recently announced the promotions of Anne Adams and Steve Mitchell to vice president roles.

According to a news release, such positions are only awarded to brokers "who consistently demonstrate outstanding yearly sales performance and exhibit unwavering commitment to the company's values and goals."

Grayson Powell, managing partner of Sun Coast Partners, stated in the release, "Anne and Steve have shown dedication and excellence within our firm, and we have every confidence they will continue to elevate our company to new heights."

Adams (pictured at right) brings decades of expertise in both commercial and residential real estate to her role as vice president. Mentored under one of Sun Coast's top brokers and partners, Adams has closed numerous complex and sizeable commercial deals, earning nationally accredited awards along the way, the release stated. Leveraging her experience in small business ownership, sales, and marketing,

Adams focuses on market segments such as land development, convenience stores and investment portfolios.

Mitchell (pictured at left) joined Sun Coast Partners in 2015 as a commercial real estate broker with a specialization in retail, office and land development properties. "With extensive executive management experience at the CEO, vice president and director levels, Mitchell has garnered numerous distinctions throughout his 30-plus years in the retail industry. He is pursuing his CCIM designation.

Adams' and Mitchell's promotions "underscore Sun Coast Partners' commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent within its ranks. As active participants in company functions and dedicated mentors to their fellow agents, they exemplify the values and ethos that define Sun Coast Partners Commercial," the release stated.

Founded in 2004 in Wilmington, NC, Sun Coast Partners Commercial has 21 licensed brokers and 13 staff members.
