Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Hires Communications Manager

Lower Cape Fear LifeCare has added Matthew Johnson as marketing and communications manager.

According to a news release, Johnson will oversee marketing strategy, brand management, and communications initiatives in his new role to strengthen community engagement and enhance awareness of Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s compassionate hospice, palliative care and memory care services across southeastern North Carolina and northeastern South Carolina.

Johnson stated in the release, “I look forward to contributing to a mission that holds such significance, and I’m excited to help expand awareness of LifeCare’s invaluable services.”

With over two decades of marketing experience, Johnson brings expertise in strategic content development, digital marketing and brand storytelling, the release stated.

Eric Walker, vice president of sales, marketing and community engagement at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, stated in the release, “His innovative marketing expertise, creative vision and commitment to our mission will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our community.”
