Real Estate Firm Welcomes Luther

Chris Luther
Chris Luther has joined the Wilmington office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
 
Luther has over two decades of experience, according to a news release. ​His professional designations include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), e-PRO, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).

"He is a natural leader with a commitment to continuous self-improvement, and he excels at listening to his clients’ needs, navigating the transaction process and providing exceptional results," the release stated.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Luther is a licensed auctioneer and owner of Luther Bros. Auction Co., which provides a wide range of auction services throughout Southeastern North Carolina, according to the release.

"This affiliation also equips him with a unique set of skills to accommodate the specific needs of clients when necessary," the release stated.
 
Outside work, Luther enjoys traveling, golfing, exercising and spending time with his two college-aged children.
