Sun Coast Partners Adds Broker

William High
Wilmington-based commercial real estate firm Sun Coast Partners Commercial has added William High to its team of brokers, according to a news release.

A 2020 graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, High "brings a diverse background in sales and a passion for understanding the unique needs of local businesses," the release stated.

Grayson Powell, president of Sun Coast Partners Commercial, added in the release, “His enthusiasm for the Wilmington community, combined with his professional expertise, aligns perfectly with our mission to provide exceptional service and results for our clients.”

Originally from Edenton, High spent time in Jackson, Wyoming, where he worked as a horse wrangler in the Grand Teton National Park. In December 2024, he returned to Wilmington, according to the release.

When not assisting clients, High enjoys live events on the Wilmington Riverwalk and outdoor activities such as boating, kayaking, fishing, tennis and golf, the release stated.
