Brady, a leading provider of comprehensive industrial/commercial building solutions, recently welcomed its third generation into the business.

Kilian Brady, CEO Jim Brady's son, officially joined the company in the summer of 2024 and is now a business development manager on the Wilmington team, according to a news release.

The Brady legacy dates back to 1962 when founder Don Brady established the organization with a focus on distributing Trane commercial equipment and providing service for HVAC systems, the release stated.

"Over the years, Brady has evolved to offer a wide range of HVAC products, parts, and services, along with world-class technical support," the release stated. "Brady also offers industrial/commercial heating products and services and comprehensive building security solutions through Icon Boiler and Brady Integrated Security."

Today, the company has grown to over 500 associates.

"Under the leadership of second-generation CEO Jim Brady, who officially took the helm in 2017, the company continues to expand its offerings and maintain its strong partnership as an authorized Trane franchise," according to the release. "Now, with the addition of Kilian Brady to the team, Brady Services marks a new chapter in its legacy."

In his role, Killian Brady focuses on selling HVAC equipment, offering comprehensive service contracts and promoting sustainable initiatives.

“At Brady, we think all of our associates are part of our extended family," Jim Brady stated in the release. "My father would be proud to know that the third generation has joined our business. Kilian will help us continue to build a purpose-driven organization of caring for each other, our customers, and our communities.”
