O'Dell Joins Real Estate Firm's Hampstead Office

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced that Melissa O'Dell has joined its Hampstead office.

“Melissa’s deep understanding of the real estate process and her passion for helping people make her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Phil Misciagno, managing broker of the Hampstead office, in the release. “Her background, strong organizational skills, and ability to connect with clients will make a meaningful impact on our office and the Hampstead community.”

As a second-generation Realtor, O'Dell has "extensive market knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to client success define her approach as a real estate professional," according to the release.

A resident of Hampstead, O'Dell "enjoys the community’s coastal lifestyle and its proximity to Wilmington and Topsail Island. When she’s not working, Melissa loves spending time outdoors, exploring hiking trails, and enjoying the beach with her family. She is also passionate about supporting local businesses and charitable initiatives," the release stated.
