The Real Estate Sales Division of Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors recently announced its team and individual accomplishments from 2024.

According to a news release, the following Realtors were presented with individual and team sales volume awards for their total achieved sales volume in 2024:

Individual awards:
Pat Proctor ($9.9M)
Elvira Gilbert ($9.4M)
Kathy MacNish ($9.2M)
Karen Wirzulis ($7.0M)
Stephen Mills ($5.9M)
Connie Kisling ($4.5M)
Jonathan McLaughlin ($3.5M)
John Dosher ($3.3M)
Amy Lynn Boltz ($3.0M)
Pam Katz ($2.8M)
Rosanne Matheson ($2.7M)    
Lynda Young ($2.5M)
Christine Luciano ($2.5M)
Amy Gereb ($2.0M)

Additionally, Proctor was named Champion Associate with the highest sales volume of $9.9 million. She was also presented with the Top Listing Associate Award for her achieved $7.6 million in listings sold.

Gilbert was named the firm's 2024 Top Selling Associate for $5.2 million in buyer representation. She also received two new awards, including the High Roller Award for achieving the highest average sales price of $680,850 and the Ambassador Award for her ongoing support and participation in local civic and nonprofit organizations as voted on by her peers, the release stated.

The Rudd Sold team was presented with the Team Sales Volume Award for generating $20.1 million in total sales volume, making the team the firm’s Champion Team of 2024.

"The team was also recognized as the Top Selling Team with $9.8M in sales representing buyers, and the Top Listing Team with $10.3M in sales representing sellers. Team lead, Brooke Rudd, was also voted as a 2024 Ambassador for impactful contributions to the community through her local civic and non-profit organizational involvement," according to the release.

Easley was named the 2024 Referral Associate of the Year.

"This distinction goes to the agent who sent and closed the most outgoing referrals," the release stated. "Bill sent two referrals to real estate professionals outside of the firm's service area and both closed with a total sales volume of $2.19 million."

Beasley earned the Dot Schuck Rising Star Education Award, which recognizes an agent with less than five years in the industry. In addition, Beasley also received the Big Fish Award for sending the single largest outgoing referral of $1.27 million to Intracoastal Realty Corp. in Wilmington. 

Boltz was recognized as the firm’s Team Player, a distinction determined by popular vote of all agents associated with the firm, according to the release.

Dosher was presented with the firm’s new Momentum Award for increasing his business year-over-year by 83%, and Stephen Mills earned both the Mass Producer and Quota Crusher awards for the most sides closed in the year and closing a sale each month of 2024. 

Margaret Rudd & Associates is led by Karen Brake, president and property management director, George Brake, chief financial officer and broker in charge, and Bob Bates, broker in charge.
