LS3P Announces Employee Recognitions

Architecture firm LS3P recently recognized five Wilmington team members for exemplary contributions, according to a news release.

Senior Interior Designer Emily Patterson and Architect Matthew Kauzlaric were recognized as associate principals.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Patterson has experience in a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors, including civic, workplace, education, healthcare and hospitality projects, the release stated.

"Her unwavering commitment to the built environment and its profound impact on end users ignites her fervor for crafting secure, inventive and inspirational spaces," according to the release.

Kauzlaric, who joined LS3P in 2020, "brings a wealth of knowledge with his experience in working with large-scale acute and outpatient facilities. His innovative approach to flexible design allows healthcare facilities to adapt to future advancements and ever-changing patience needs," the release stated.

Project Manager Bob Pressley was recognized as a senior associate. Pressley rejoined LS3P in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in numerous project types, including commercial, civic, residential, healthcare and senior living, according to the release.

Assistant Construction Contracts Administrator Sarah Moon and Project Manager Tessa Romanowski were recognized as associates.

"Joining the firm in 2023, Moon’s detail- and process-oriented skillset make her an asset to the construction administration team working on K-12, healthcare, workplace and civic projects. Since joining LS3P in 2019, Romanowski has designed and managed a diverse portfolio of community centers and commercial projects, with a particular expertise in the design of recreational facilities in the public and private sector," the release stated.

Recognitions were announced at LS3P’s annual meeting on May 1, which is held each year in May to celebrate the anniversary of its founding, according to the release.
