Maggie Gorman
Maggie Gorman, director of talent development initiatives at the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, has completed the Certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals program.

The program is offered through a partnership between the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Foundation and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).

The program "provided a deep dive into the intersection of economic and workforce development. Over six weeks, Maggie engaged in expert-led sessions, interactive exercises and a comprehensive curriculum, culminating in an online exam," according to a news release.

Gorman was one of just over 150 professionals to earn the certificate, the release stated.

"We are proud to celebrate Maggie's achievement and see her become part of a growing network of professionals dedicated to workforce development," stated Natalie English, president and CEO of the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, in the release. “We look forward to seeing how her newly acquired skills will create a lasting impact in the community.”
