Anne Leanos, a 27-year Navy veteran and local real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Carolina Premier Properties, earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild recognition for experience, knowledg, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties.
According to a news release, Leanos is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), part of "an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have a proven performance in the upper-tier market."
Leanos, a Wilmington resident, specializes in home listings, in assisting discerning buyers and in advising clients on rental investment properties, the release stated. She's an investor herself, with two rentals, an Airbnb and a commercial portfolio across North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Kansas.
She is also a mentor at UNCW's Business School and sits on the Cameron Executive Network Advisory Board. A trained military relocation professional, she volunteers with the Cape Fear Veteran Resilience Project and served on the Veteran Business Collective Board.
“Agents who have earned the Guild recognition are performing at the highest level in their community,” said Kathleen Bibbins, director of the institute, in the release. “It takes a superior level of service to be successful and consistently close sales at or above one million dollars. We want to recognize this performance and give these elite professionals the earned distinction that they are the agent of choice for affluent buyers and sellers.”
