Sun Coast Partners Commercial, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Wilmington, recently announced the addition of two administrative professionals to its growing team: Dana Waldkirch, broker administrator, and Kim McMullen, customer service and administrative assistant.

"Together, they bring a combined 35-plus years of experience and a shared commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction," according to a news release.

Grayson Powell, president of Sun Coast Partners Commercial, stated in the release, "Their experience, professionalism and genuine dedication to clients align perfectly with the Sun Coast Partners Commercial standard," "These additions mark an exciting step forward for our firm.”

Waldkirch joins Sun Coast Partners Commercial with more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. In her new role, she supports brokerage operations through expertise in transaction coordination, client relations and deal execution from listing to closing, the release stated.

Previously, Waldkirch served as broker in charge at a local commercial firm and held a position with a real estate investment group, where she developed a foundation in market analysis and client service, according to the release.

She has also served on the RCASENC Board of Directors and as chair of the MLS Committee. A graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, Waldkirch has been a Wilmington resident since 2005.

McMullen (pictured at right) brings more than 20 years of professional experience to her role as customer service and administrative assistant, where she serves as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.

"Since joining the firm in 2026, she has become an integral part of daily office operations, recognized for her organizational skills, positive energy, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency," the release stated.
