With holiday gatherings on the horizon and a recent spike in COVID-19 cases in North Carolina, two medical experts joined BizTalk on Wednesday to discuss where the region is with the virus and what they've learned about it over the past several months.
Philip Brown, NHRMC’s chief physician executive and N.C. Medical Society president, and Dr. Paul Kamitsuka, infectious disease physician at Wilmington Health and chief epidemiologist at NHRMC, have tracked the coronavirus in Southeastern North Carolina since the outbreak in the spring.
