Director of People Growth, Tech Talent South

As director of people growth at Tech Talent South, a woman-owned tech recruitment, training and staffing company, Pham’s role involves managing the day-to-day experiences of students and community.

“I'm a connecting source as folks navigate new skills and a new career path.”

Tech consumes her life, Pham said. For work, she uses Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and HubSpot, which keeps the remote team connected. She uses smart home products like August to lock doors remotely and Vivino app for wine purchases.

“Lately I'm obsessed with TikTok for recipe ideas, Amazon gadgets, home decor and of course funny animal videos,” she said.

Pham gets her news from morning newsletters such as theSkimm, The Hustle, Morning Brew and The New York Times.

Websites she regularly checks for work include LinkedIn and Medium, and for pleasure Scott’s Cheap Flights, Amazon and Pinterest.

“I love business, finance and motivational podcasts. I'm usually listening to FranklinCovey On Leadership, BiggerPockets, How I Built This, The Ed Mylett Show, Paychecks & Balances, Pivot or 9 to 5ish with theSkimm.”

Favorite TV shows include New Girl and Friends on repeat. She is currently watching The White Lotus. “You must watch The Flight Attendant on HBO - so good,” she said.
