As the leader of a firm that provides team communication reports and coaching, Morgan often uses technology for information, including the news, client support, banking and research. Morgan recently published his new book, “Communication Intelligence.

“Forté is not once-then-done and can be updated as often as every 30-days,” Morgan said.

Newspapers and magazines he regularly reads for work include MIT Sloan and Harvard Business Review articles and Society for Human Resource Management and Deloitte publications.

Morgan says he likes to check major news channels, “not relying on any one source for ‘the whole story.’”

His favorite podcasts include Signal Fire RadioWorkLife with Adam GrantTED Radio HourUncontrolled AirspaceCrimetownHR Nightmares and REFLECT the Life You Want.

Favorite books include REFLECT the Life You Want by Tim Howard and This Beautiful Life by Helen Schulman.

A movie he has recently enjoyed seeing is Top Gun: Maverick.

Favorite apps include The Weather Channel, iTunes and Waze.
