As Spring is approaching I wanted to reach out and inform the Realtor Community about our company's Realtor Referral Program. We know that sometimes a customer is looking for a lot and/or land to buy so that they can build a home instead of purchasing an existing home. So we would like to invite the realtors in the area to stop by our storefront design center and find out what America's Home Place is all about. We want everyone to be informed so that they will feel comfortable referring their clients to us to build their home.
The first step in a realtor referring their client to us, would be for them to contact our office and request a Realtor Referral Form. They would fill the form out and return it to us to qualify to be paid a 3% referral bonus calculated off the Base Price of the home that the customer decides to build with us. We will reach out to you once the Foundation is complete on the home to get additional information so we can process the paperwork to pay the bonus to you.
The only stipulation we have is that the first contact the customer has with us is through the Realtor and that they have not already been in contact with our office prior. Anyone that had been in contact with us prior, whether it is via phone, website or email will have been entered into our system the date of the contact.
We also have Lenders available to PreQualify clients if they want to wrap the land and home build into one loan. You can refer a client as early as when you are just starting to look for property or when you are just making an offer on the property.
America's Home Place has been in business for 50 years. We value our business partnerships and look forward to building many more in our new location, for years to come.
