Kevin Hicks is the Wilmington Market Manager for Wake Forest University’s Center for Private Business. A fractional Chief Operating Officer and former private banker, he has spent two decades helping for-profit and nonprofit organizations become stronger, safer, and more resilient. A third-generation Wilmingtonian and Wake Forest alum, Kevin is building CPB’s local membership and programs—connecting owners with peer forums and practical expertise in six areas: succession planning, strategic planning, governance, family harmony, company culture, and leadership development. He also partners with community leaders and sponsors to expand access to CPB resources across the Cape Fear region.
