In The Budget: City And County Dollars And Cents

Elected officials in the Wilmington area are in the midst of examining budget proposals for the 2023 to 2024 fiscal year, which starts July 1. Below are the details from the recommended budgets of New Hanover and Brunswick counties and the city of Wilmington, none of which include a tax increase from the previous year. Details of Pender County's budget were not available as of press time.
