Sun Coast Partners, one of the largest commercial real estate firms based in Wilmington, will no longer operate under the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand as of the end of this year.

In a news release, Sun Coast Partners owner Grayson Powell said his firm is "proud to announce its refreshed brand. Founded in 2004, Sun Coast Partners has been a trusted name in the commercial real estate industry for almost two decades."

Transitioning to an independent brand from New Jersey-based Coldwell Banker Commercial, according to the news release, is "empowering the [Sun Coast Partners] team to take full control of its marketing endeavors. This move is a testament to the company's dedication to providing tailored solutions that directly address the unique needs of its diverse clientele."

Sun Coast Partners, which includes 21 agents and 11 staff members, specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, property management and property maintenance.

The rebranding is a strategic shift, the press release stated, and that shift allows Sun Coast Partners "to amplify its strengths and streamline operations for an even more client-centric experience."

Powell said in the release, "Our rebranding is more than a change of name; it's a celebration of our commitment to growth, innovation and personalized service."
