Oyster Bar, Apartments, Offices Among Real Estate Award Finalists

Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) has announced the finalists and achievement award winners for its 7th Annual Awards of Excellence.

The awards, which focus on the rapidly growing Cape Fear Region commercial real estate sector, recognize excellence and leadership in commercial real estate, according to a news release.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony set for 11 a.m. March 13 at the Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center.

The finalists are:

Influential Woman in Commercial Real Estate:
  • Lynn Harris, Berkshire Hathaway Premier Coastal Properties
  • Terry Espy, Momentum Companies Inc.
  • Faison Gibson, Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, PLLC
 
Best Design:
  • Perla Raw Bar
  • Zimmer Development Company Office
  • Live Oak Bank Building Four
 
Community Enhancement:
  • Driftwood Apartments
  • Spark Academy - Reimagining Early Education
  • Share the Table - Community Food Pantry New Facility
 
Project Excellence - Multifamily, Mixed Use, and Retail:
  • The Metropolitan at the Riverwalk
  • The Range on Oleander
  • Oak Grove at Blake Farm
 
Project Excellence - Industrial and Office:
  • Quality Chemical Laboratories Expansion
  • Kesseböhmer North American Headquarters and Expansion Project
  • New Hanover County Government Center
