A build-to-rent community in the northern Brunswick County town of Navassa is currently underway, according to a news release.

Center Park Group, a general contractor and homebuilder based in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, recently announced that development at Banton Village in Navassa has started and construction is expected to begin this summer.

Center Park Group specializes in build-to-rent development and construction services across the Southeast, according to the release.

The community will hold 72 single-family homes upon completion, the release stated, with first move-ins anticipated in the fall.

"Banton Village is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of successful Carolina projects, where Center Park Group has served as the general contractor partner for Maymont Homes," according to the release.

“We are excited to partner once again with Maymont Homes, this time on a project in North Carolina,” stated Jason Esposito, CEO and managing partner of Center Park Group, in the release. “This project is a testament to the strong relationship we’ve built with the Maymont team, and we appreciate their continued trust in us as a partner.”

Homes at Banton Village will offer five floor plans ranging from three to four bedrooms with attached garages and private yards with patios.
