Several new agents have joined the Autumn Hall and Hampstead offices of Wilmington-based Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

Jena Romanesk (pictured below), James Adams, Clair Pridgen, Skip Lennon and Tyler Pappas joined the Autumn Hall office, while Emmanuel Castañeda and Dawn Dec joined the Hampstead office.

With work experience in both the service and mortgage industries, Romanesk is well versed in providing support to clients. She has lived in Mayfaire for 10 years, providing her with vast knowledge of the Wilmington area. Romanesk enjoys the beach, exercise, and anything that has to do with being outdoors.

Adams spent 10 years working in municipal parks and recreation management. He said he credits his skills in customer service and contract negotiations with preparing him for his new career. Adams volunteers his time with the Home Repair Ministry at Scotts Hill Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, cycling, and visiting local breweries.

Pridgen was born and raised in Wilmington, as were her parents. She has spent her working life in customer service. Pridgen has a history of volunteering her time with church mission trips and in her free time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her animals, friends, and family.

Lennon is affiliated with Sandy Monroe & Associates, a longtime, top-producing Wilmington real estate team. He has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years.

Pappas has a background in marketing and social media management, as well as the service industry. Previously residing in Seattle, Pappas worked in kids’ ministry in that area and is now active with Port City Church. Pappas enjoys photography, hiking, going to the beach, walking his dog at the park and spending time with family.

Castañeda worked in law enforcement for the US Air Force for eight years and earned a degree in criminal justice during that time. He has lived in Korea, Italy, the United Kingdom and California. Castañeda visited 15 countries throughout his career and said he “molded and mentored young people who had no idea what to do with their lives.” Castañeda loves outdoor sports and enjoys cooking.

Dec has a background in sales and corporate marketing. Dawn has a “passion for real estate, negotiating and helping people.” She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and support community and social events in the Parkway Crossing neighborhood of Brunswick Forest. Dec said she looks forward to engaging her skills in home staging and interior design as well as her “light construction capabilities” in serving clients. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, designing home interiors and traveling the world.
