Info Junkie: Clint Bullock

By Staff Reports, posted Jul 21, 2023

Clint Bullock
Digital Engagement Coordinator, City of Wilmington

Bullock builds connections between the city of Wilmington and its residents through managing the city’s primary social media accounts and website. “I mainly use technology to communicate with my family, friends and community; sharing information and ideas with my colleagues for social media; consuming media through all my personal devices; and staying up-to-date on weather are some of the ways technology plays a part in my life.”

Must-read websites and blogs include Inside Carolina “for all things sports-related for the North Carolina Tar Heels”; The Verge “to stay up-to-date on the latest tech news”; Heavy Spoilers and New Rockstars YouTube channels “to stay up-to-date on TV and movies.”

Favorite podcasts are Sorry in Advance, and The Weekly Planet “for their hilarious takes on movies, TV shows and pop culture.”

On TV: “I’m still mentally recovering from the recent Succession and Barry finales. I also can’t get enough of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Better Call Saul.

Bullock is fan of Stephen King books, “and I’m finally getting around to reading his new book, Fairy Tale.”

Go-to apps include MyRadar for keeping an eye on storms during the summer as well as Channels DVR and Plex to watch movies and TV shows.
