Tech Wilmington: Upcoming Events Calendar

Nov. 18-24
Events for Global Entrepreneurship Week take place locally, with early events connected to the theme starting Nov. 13. Those include a Womenpreneur Empowerment Summit Nov. 13-14. Click here for Global Entrepreneurship Week events.

Tuesday, Dec. 3
The NC TECH Awards takes place at the Raleigh Convention Center with more than 700 "leaders from technology, business, education and government to celebrate growth, innovation and leadership" in the state's tech sector, according to the group. Finalists, which include several Wilmington-based companies, and winners will be honored.

Thursday, Dec. 5
NC IDEA Foundation announced this week that the group is accepting applications through Dec. 5 for its ECOSYSTEM Grant Program. Applications will be considered from organizations “executing on innovative and transformational ideas to strengthen North Carolina’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, with a specific focus on supporting under-served entrepreneurs in the state.” Click for more.
