Wilmington-based EnrollHere, a platform for insurance companies and agents, recently announced the acquisition of MyMedicareBot, a provider of quoting and enrollment technology.
“This strategic acquisition cements EnrollHere's position as the industry's first fully integrated Medicare ecosystem, enabling agencies and call centers to manage the entire sales process – from lead flow to policy issuance – on a single, seamless platform,” according to an EnrollHere news release.
Tyler Rees, chairman and founder of EnrollHere, said in the release that the vision of his tech company has always been “to create an all-in-one solution that simplifies and optimizes the Medicare enrollment process. By bringing MyMedicareBot into our ecosystem, we're integrating best-in-class quoting and enrollment technology with our intelligent dialer, lead routing and reporting tools."
The aim is to deliver "a complete, frictionless experience for agents, agencies and call centers," Rees stated in the release.
Michael Cho, president of MyMedicareBot, is joining the EnrollHere leadership team.
"When I built MyMedicareBot, I wanted to empower agents with technology that allowed them to serve their clients more efficiently," Cho stated in the release. "Now, by integrating into EnrollHere's ecosystem, we're delivering on that vision at scale – giving agencies and call centers the ability to generate quality enrollments at a lower cost while improving the overall experience for seniors."
According to the release, agencies joining EnrollHere's platform are seeing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) reductions from $300 to as low as $125.
"This is the next evolution of EnrollHere," said Brandon Clay, CEO of EnrollHere. "By merging our proprietary lead and dialing technology with MyMedicareBot's quoting and enrollment capabilities, we've eliminated the biggest inefficiencies in Medicare sales. Our partners can now operate within a true end-to-end ecosystem that delivers more enrollments at a lower cost – without having to manage multiple disjointed systems."
EnrollHere will showcase its expanded platform and new capabilities at MedicareCon in Orlando, Florida, from April 14-16, the release stated.
