Kim Hufham, president and CEO of the New Hanover County Tourism Development Authority (TDA), recently announced one new appointment and one re-appointment to the TDA Board of Directors.
The New Hanover County Tourism Development Authority (TDA), doing business as Wilmington and Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau, markets and develops the county and its communities’ leisure and group travel experiences for economic growth and quality of place, according to a news release.
Appointments to the TDA board are made by the New Hanover County Commissioners.
Megan Mullins, chief communications and public affairs officer of the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, was appointed as the chamber of commerce representative, the release stated.
Additionally, Tom Ullring (pictured at right), general manager of the Courtyard by Marriot Carolina Beach Boardwalk, was reappointed to serve as the Carolina Beach hotels representative.
