Brooke Rudd-Gaglie

Vice President, Director and Practicing Broker, Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors

Margaret Rudd & Associates Inc. Realtors is a family-owned and operated real estate firm that opened on March 17, 1981.

“We are a full-service property management department that oversees both long- and short-term rentals as well as a full-service sales department. I am licensed to perform brokerage services and navigate real estate transactions."

On using technology with clients: “Removing geographical boundaries or logistics that would otherwise delay clients’ abilities to view prospective homes. When they can’t come to us, being able to go to them anywhere is virtually everything.”

Exploring the web for equestrian exhibitions: “I tend to spend ample time on both the N.C. Hunter Jumper and S.C. Hunter Jumper Association’s pages checking updates on the current horse show circuit, show schedule standings, etc.”

Podcast picks: The Joe Rogan Experience – “He is unfiltered, very smart and his points stick.”

Reading habits: Nostalgia, romance and true crime novels keep Rudd-Gaglie reading. “Where the Red Fern Grows is an all-time favorite. I also really enjoy Nora Roberts and Scott Pratt.”

Favorite films: “I still really like My Cousin Vinny and Gladiator, and the best one for me is The Color Purple – scene at the dining room table...wow!”
