Brad Neigel is the leader of the Wilmington Commercial Banking team, Live Oak’s dedicated group serving the Wilmington, N.C., market. Neigel comes to Live Oak from Customers Bank where he previously served as regional president of commercial banking for the Carolinas. He brings over 25 years of commercial banking experience having served in various client facing, leadership, and strategic roles during his career. Prior to Customers Bank, Neigel served as the Wilmington market president for First National Bank where he established a strong reputation for delivering commercial loan and deposit services to a variety of business clients in the greater Wilmington market as well as giving back to his community through volunteerism, sponsorships, and serving in various leadership capacities for community organizations. Prior to his role at First National Bank, Neigel served as the director of commercial strategy and product channel delivery for both Yadkin Bank and First Horizon. Neigel started his banking career at Centura Bank in Rocky Mount, NC (currently PNC Bank), which led him to a 10-year stint in one of the largest banking hubs in Charlotte. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
