Having joined the company in1999, just one year after its founding as an assistant superintendent, his leadership reflects a deep understanding of Monteith’s people, projects, and values. Today, Monteith Construction and its affiliated companies deliver a locally driven, partner-focused approach grounded in collaboration, transparency, and proactive problem-solving—providing a seamless experience from early design through construction. The firm serves clients across the Carolinas, with its corporate headquarters in Wilmington and offices in Raleigh, the Triad, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston, and is preparing to expand into Jacksonville, Florida in 2026.
