Elizabeth Redenbaugh is a North Carolina native whose work sits at the intersection of community impact, public leadership, and business stability. She earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serves as Vice President of Development & External Affairs for Coastal Horizons, a leading nonprofit delivering mental health, primary care, substance use, crisis intervention, and justice services across North Carolina. Guided by personal experience and a commitment to measurable outcomes, Elizabeth focuses on strengthening the systems that support workforce stability, business continuity, and long-term economic resilience. She has served on multiple nonprofit boards and served on the New Hanover County Board of Education from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, she received the John F.
