My “why” as a Vistage Chair is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: when leaders grow, everything around them grows too. I have the privilege of serving Wilmington‑area executives who carry the weight of decisions that shape companies, families, and communities. My purpose is to help them learn, stretch, and rise into the fullest expression of their leadership—because their growth creates a ripple effect that reaches far beyond the boardroom.
I chose to become a Vistage Chair because I have seen firsthand how isolating leadership can be. Even the most capable leaders often lack a space where they can be vulnerable, challenged, and supported without agenda. My “why” is to create that space—a trusted circle where leaders can think more clearly, decide more confidently, and act more courageously.
