Lannin Braddock is the COO and co-founder of The Braddock Group. As COO, Lannin is responsible for all operations and processes within the organization. She brings 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, including new development, sales, leasing and project management. She has served as the property manager for over 1 million square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial commercial real estate.

She is a Past President, Board Member and current committee leader of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) which is the leading organization for women and men CRE professionals within the Cape Fear region of North Carolina. She is serving her 2nd term as Co-Chair for the Cape Fear CREW Awards of Excellence event, which recognizes excellence and leadership in commercial real estate throughout the Cape Fear Region.

In 2022, Lannin has the honor to serve as the Chair for the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center Foundation. Her past volunteer experiences include serving on many committees for The Cape Fear Heart Ball, Lower Cape Fear Hospice and The Cultural Arts Center committee for the Town of Leland.

In her spare time, Lannin enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and exploring all that coastal North Carolina has to offer.
