Rob serves as Director of Information Security for the North American divisions of a global manufacturing & distribution organization based in Paris, France, and is responsible for cyber and information security for all North American operations. Previously, Rob developed the cybersecurity practice for Earney & Company, first as a contractor with his own firm KellerDuggan in 2020 and then formally as Director of Technology Risk Advisory Services. Prior to starting his own firm in 2019, Rob served as head of internal audit and compliance in national healthcare for 7 years and worked in over 25 countries leading information security, operational and financial audits for performance manufacturing for 10 years. In public accounting, Rob has overseen the development of technology / risk advisory services for top 10 accounting firms and has performed extensive system implementation assurance work. Rob is on the Board of Advisors for UNCW’s Center for Cyber Defense Education and is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences and meetings on cybersecurity. Rob holds professional licenses as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) NC and VA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by ISC2, Certified Internal Auditor(CIA) by the IIA, (Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by HCCA. Rob is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA), the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Rob is also a member of the North Carolina Medical Group Manager Association (MGMA) and has a Bachelor of Science from NC State in Accounting.
