Vantaca Garners Tech Workplace Accolade

By Staff Reports, posted About 21 hours ago
Vantaca, an AI-first technology company for community association management, has been named to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology List, according to a news release.

Vantaca ranked No. 40 in the small and medium company category, earning a spot among the nation's top technology employers based entirely on confidential employee feedback, the release stated.

The Best Workplaces in Technology award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 144,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the technology industry, according to the release. Companies with 10 to 999 employees competed in the small and medium category.

The recognition builds on Vantaca's Great Place To Work Certification earned earlier this year, where 94% of team members said Vantaca is a great place to work, compared to a U.S. company average of 57%, the release stated.

According to the release, additional survey highlights include:
  • 99% say when you join Vantaca, you are made to feel welcome
  • 98% say people here genuinely care about each other
  • 97% say they are given real responsibility

"Being named one of the Best Workplaces in Technology comes entirely from what our team told Great Place To Work about what it's like to work here," said Ben Currin, CEO of Vantaca, in the release. "When 98% of your team says they genuinely care about their colleagues, that's better than any perk we could offer. I'm proud to say that's the foundation that everything else is built on, and our team is the one who built it."
