With more than 30 years of experience, PJ Kelly has a vast knowledge of the home building and residential community-development industries. He was introduced to these industries early in his career and worked in numerous real estate markets along the East Coast before moving to the Wilmington area.

For 13 years, Kelly has been an integral part of Logan Homes, one of the area’s top home builders. As vice president, he has gained a thorough understanding of the building process and a full command of the financial aspects of building homes as well as large residential communities that feature elite amenities. His management, leadership and visionary skills have strengthened this locally founded company, which recently expanded into South Carolina.

Kelly is honored to help the coastal Carolinas dream big and build smart with Logan Homes. When he’s not leading the Logan team, PJ enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and children and cheering on the UNCW Seahawks.
